These achievements are especially meaningful to us. Our Sloughis carry authentic North African bloodlines from Morocco and Tunisia, and their results demonstrate that the original Sloughi type can successfully compete at the highest international level.
Behind every title stand years of careful breeding decisions, thoughtful planning, daily dedication, and an enduring passion for this noble breed. Seeing ORIGEN CHARM Sloughis ranked among the most successful representatives of the breed in the world is both an honour and a confirmation that our breeding vision is on the right path.

AL’FAAR Origen Charm Has Become a Brood Bitch
We are delighted to announce that AL’FAAR Origen Charm has successfully fulfilled all breeding requirements and has officially been approved for breeding by the Slovak Sighthound Club (KCHCH), a member of the Slovak Cynological Union (SKJ) and the Fédération Cynologique Internationale (FCI).
This is an important milestone for our ORIGEN CHARM kennel. Obtaining breeding approval confirms that AL’FAAR meets the club’s requirements regarding conformation, health, and overall suitability for responsible breeding.
We believe that she will become a valuable contributor to the breed in the future and help preserve its authentic characteristics for generations to come.
We are proud to continue our commitment to responsible Sloughi breeding and the preservation of valuable North African bloodlines.

The recent period has been very active for ORIGEN CHARM both in terms of show participation, breeding work, education, and genetic research.
Our female Al’Faar achieved a significant success by becoming Top Sighthound in Slovakia, winning 1st place in the annual rankings. She has also successfully completed the breeding approval process under the National breed club.
Alongside the show presentation of our dogs, we continue systematic genetic testing of breeding individuals and participate in research activities focused on genetic variability within the breed, including the evaluation of DLA haplotypes. These insights are considered when planning future matings in order to support responsible and long-term sustainable Sloughi breeding.
We regularly travel across Europe with our dogs to attend dog shows and breeder meetings, gaining valuable experience, population comparisons, and connections with fellow breeders. At the same time, we actively pursue further education through specialised seminars, webinars, and training programmes focused on breeding, genetics, and canine health.
